Résidence La Loggia - Prices


Three options are offered :

LIBERTY : Rental of a furnished apartment, linen supplied on arrival. Upkeep by the residents during and at the end of their stay.

PREMIUM : Rental of a furnished apartment, bathroom linen, bedding changed and Cleaning service in the middle and at the end of your stay.

DELUXE : Rental of a furnished apartment, bathroom linen and bedding changed every two days. Cleaning service everyday except on Sunday.


Low season :
From January 2nd 2012 to April 28th 2012, and from October 15th 2012 to December 22th 2012.
Mid season :
From April 28th 2012 to June 30th 2012, from September the 1st to October 15th 2012 and from December 22nd 2012 to January the 5th 2013.
Peak season :
From June 30th 2012 to September 1st 2012.

A deposit between 300€ to 500€ is requested according to the type of apartment. It will be returned after inventory and check up.

When the LIBERTY option is chosen, guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment clean. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.
